At GEAR Berlin, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
